R. Glenn Teague

R. Glenn Teague was born in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1949. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian College (now Oklahoma Christian University) in 1972 where he received a B.A. in Bible and Biblical Languages. He preached for two years at the Waurika Church of Christ in Oklahoma. After working in the oil business for three years, he went to law school. He attended Oklahoma City University Law School, receiving his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in 1977. While there, he was a member of the Order of Barristers and Moot Court Team. In 1978 he received the Master of Laws (LLM) degree in taxation from New York University Law School. He helped organize a tax department in the legal division for Cities Service Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1978 to 1980. Since 1980 he has been in private practice in Oklahoma City and Edmond with emphasis in estate planning and business and personal tax planning. He has spoken at seminars on estate planning throughout the state of Oklahoma.

Mr. Teague began this firm in 2010. For more than forty years Mr. Teague has represented clients in every part of Oklahoma and will travel to his clients as needed. In the area of estate planning, he has represented clients, their children and in many cases, their grandchildren. He is dedicated to matching his legal expertise with the goals and needs of his clients.

Mr. Teague is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association since 1977 and the National Care Planning Council since 2013. He has an AV Preeminent rating on Martindale-Hubbell. “This prestigious rating signifies that a large number of his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.”

Mr. Teague is married to Jean, his wife of 53 years. They have three children and eight grandchildren. They are members of the Edmond Church of Christ. They enjoy traveling and spending as much time as possible with their children and grandchildren.
